Carlos Urbina:

Carlos is both a Lawyer and an Accountant.  He holds an LLM in International Taxation from the University of Leiden.  In the Public Sector he has served as Tax Administrator for the Province of Panama.  He has worked for Deloitte and Nexia.

Currently he edits www.momentofiscal.com ; a leading tax newspaper based in Panama.  Carlos has been appointed to the board of financial accounting standards of the Ministry of Commerce (NOCOFIN).
